In what might be the highest-profile reaction to the NEET-UG paper leak so far, Salman Khan has backed the student protests led by the Cockroach Janta Party, calling on the government to take their demands seriously.
Late Wednesday night, Salman posted a note and a childhood picture of him addressing the situation.
Reflecting on how the peaceful demonstration turned violent, he shared his sympathies for the injured students and their families.

Salman added that the students’ efforts show true dedication to their studies and the country’s growth.
Calling the peaceful protest the right path forward, Salman commended the youth for their courage, stating that a generation so motivated by education is bound to make India proud.
Salman also warned against letting political parties take over the movement, saying political figures shouldn’t hijack what is fundamentally a student-led issue. Believing a resolution would benefit everyone, Salman hoped the government would listen and work to fix the system.
At the end of note Salman Khan mentioned that “Education should be the next trend and fashion”, and should get trendier yr by yr, itna k bahar se log come to India to study and India becomes an educational hub.” He hoped this moment should carve a path to India becoming a popular hub for education.
